I was charmed by the Indonesian-style interior décor and a beautiful swimming pool area. The pool offered a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast included great variety and the indoor dining was excellent. I felt welcomed from the first moment. The staff were friendly and kind.
The parking access went through the adjacent apartment lobby.. it felt a bit disjointed for hotel guests.

amazing design several restaurant helpful staff
the hotel's design made a great first impression with wood carvings and cultural touches. two pools were available . i found restaurant prices and spa costs to be quite reasonable for this hotel level. staff members were helpful and cute.

mixed experience, some issues noted
poor soundproofing low crossbar
the breakfast buffet included a selection of dishes from dim sum to sushi.
The room's soundproofing was inadequate. I clearly heard constant traffic noise. service was lacking, my calls to reception for luggage assistance went unanswered twice. restaurant tables had a low crossbar, so they were uncomfortable to sit at.

Really good Stay
stylish design modern aesthetic very nice facilities
I found the hotel to be a true gem. The interiors presented a stylish design and modern aesthetic. I noticed the swimming pool areas and gym had very nice facilities. The staff had an excellent attitude and offered great service.
The room had sound issues and noise traveled easily. It impacted sleeping until late at night. A possible addition of better sound insulation can fix this problem.
